I'm Dameian, and I'm an all around web geek that specializes in WordPress. I love helping people, and as my clients will happily tell you, I do a good job and always look out for their best interests. My rates are fair (median range for this type of work) and so are my terms of service, which can be found below. But I won't prattle on about myself.   Emergencies

I bill in 15 minute increments to help save you money. In other words, you only pay $18.75 if it takes me 15 minutes to help you. A daily rate of $480 kicks in every 8 hours. That gives you an automatic 20% discount. Emergency rates only apply if I am not currently working on something else or if it is after hours (6pm to 2am EST). Otherwise you will only be billed the standard rate, even if it is an emergency. Please understand that, while I do my best to be available, I am not able to help in every emergency situation due to the fact that I must eat, sleep, and even dare to go "outside" every so often. For new clients, I ask for a one hour deposit before I begin work. Don't worry, your deposit gets credited to your total. See? Even my "fine print" is upfront and fair :)
