Hi, I’m Dameian.

I’ve been involved with internet marketing and web development my entire adult life. I built and ran a network of highly profitable niche affiliate marketing sites from when I was 20 to 32 years old. I sold that company last year and now my focus is helping others create successful web businesses. I can help you build a search engine friendly, user focused website that your customers will love. I also show my clients how they can leverage web technologies and social media to boost their bottom line at low cost.

My story goes like this:

I built my first webpage in 1995. At the time it was not cool to build a webpage. In fact, it was very uncool. There were no hipsters hanging out at Starbucks programming their killer website or iPhone app as they enjoy a vente frappamocha-whatever. If you were building a webpage in 1995, there was one, and only one, word to describe you: nerd. As if the act of building a web page wasn’t nerdy enough on its own, I was assigned to build the page for the computer lab. Not the Football team’s page. Not, say, the Biology Department’s page. Nothing remotely that cool or interesting. Oh no. I got the computer lab.

Okay it wasn’t that bad. Building that first page proved to be a very positive experience in my life, no matter how nerdy it was at the time. It wasn’t just the first webpage I built, it also marked the first time I used a search engine (Webcrawler) to do research, my first encounter with web technologies (HTML, FTP, and Unix servers to name a few), and my first experience using the web as a social platform (email and chat rooms). These technologies and activities became the foundation of my career. As the technology evolved, so did my skill set. I’ve gotten pretty good at this stuff too. I’m a pretty handy guy to know if you ever want to make your own website or run an Internet marketing campaign for your small business.

The Present

I currently live in Charlotte, NC, with my beautiful and talented ladyfriend, Charlotte photographer Ashley Gillett. I have an equally beautiful 10 year old daughter, named Shannon, who lives in Dallas. She would probably prefer I refrain from posting pictures of her because…. like… How. Embarrassing. We have two dogs and two cats, all four of which are awesome.

Random Facts

I was a New Orleans Saints fan long before it was cool.

I love blues, funk, bbq, & rock ‘n’ roll.

I’m prone to rapping “Humpty Dance” at random intervals throughout the day.

I do a lot of bird watching, both virtual and IRL.

I’m spunky. I like my oatmeal lumpy.
